Shipping 

[Johann Paul Fine Jewelry ships most orders within 1 – 7 days. Custom and special orders may take up to 6 weeks to complete. You will be notified ahead of time if this is the case. All online orders are shipped free of charge via FedEx overnight shipping and require an adult signature confirmation. Online Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge.

Packaging
All jewelry will be presented gift ready in a Johann Paul Fine Jewelry gift box, tied with a ribbon, ready to present. Gift wrapping is available upon request, as well as a handwritten card instead of a gift receipt.

International Shipping
We are happy to ship worldwide. International shipping orders will be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card being used. We charge a flat shipping and handling of $100.00. If you are receiving your order outside of the United states, you will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which the package is being shipped.]

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you are thrilled with your jewelry purchase. If, however, for any reason you are not satisfied, I will happily accept exchanges or refunds within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, all sales are final.

NOTE: custom, special orders, and promotional items are non-refundable.

 

Returned items will only accepted for exchanges and refunds after authentication and after inspection of the returned item. All returns must be in original condition and in the original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 5 days from the date the return is received.

Warranty

I do my best to ensure that my handcrafted pieces are as long lasting as possible. Because the materials, metals, and gems used in my pieces can and do vary in strength and durability, to be covered by this warranty, each unique piece of jewelry must be worn, stored, and cleaned according to best practices for its component materials.  

 

I do warranty your jewelry to be free of fabrication defects for 6 months from purchase. Fabrication defects can include clasp breakage, missing stones, loose diamonds, or loose prongs. Fabrication defects are not covered under warranty if, upon inspection, the defect is determined to be due to excessive wear and tear or improper wearing, cleaning, or storage. Fabrication defects do not include general wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains/rings, lost jewelry, or jewelry damage due to improper wearing, cleaning, or storage.

 

Because I stand behind my design and fabrication, any third-party or outside jeweler altering your jewelry will void your warranty.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
