HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PURCHASE? I hope you are thrilled with your jewelry purchase. If, however, for any reason you are not satisfied, I will happily accept exchanges or refunds within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, all sales are final. NOTE: custom, special orders, and promotional items are non-refundable. Returned items will be inspected and only returned for exchanges and refunds after verification and condition of the returned item. All returns must be in original condition and original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 5 days from the date the return is received.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER? An order cannot be updated or canceed after it has shipped. After you receive the order, you can return it for a refund and/or exchange according to our Return and Exchange policy.
